Welcome to Climber Mountain. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI-powered interview training platform, accessible via climbermountain.com and our associated mobile and web applications.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Climber Mountain is operated by Climber Mountain Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17175239), with a registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF.
2. Definitions
- “Platform” means the Climber Mountain website, web application, and all associated services.
- “User” or “You” means any individual who registers for or uses the Platform.
- “Subscription” means a paid monthly or annual plan granting access to Platform features.
- “Content” means all materials, AI-generated feedback, training sessions, and resources available on the Platform.
- “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Climber Mountain Ltd.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Climber Mountain. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. Account Registration
To access the full features of Climber Mountain, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at admin@climbermountain.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
Climber Mountain offers the following subscription plans:
- Summit Monthly Plan: £20.00 per month, billed monthly.
- Full Summit Annual Plan: £180.00 per year, billed annually (saving £60 versus monthly).
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
If you experience technical issues preventing access to the Platform, please contact us at admin@climbermountain.com and we will assess your case individually.
7. Guest Mode
Climber Mountain offers a Guest Mode that allows visitors to browse certain areas of the Platform without registering. Guest Mode does not provide access to training tools, AI features, or personalised content. Full access requires a registered account.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our AI models or proprietary content.
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
- Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Climber Mountain Platform, including but not limited to the Mountain Goat AI character, training materials, brand assets, and proprietary interview frameworks, is owned by Climber Mountain Ltd or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Climber Mountain is a registered trademark (application pending).
10. AI-Generated Content
Climber Mountain uses artificial intelligence, including voice and conversational AI powered by third-party providers, to deliver training and feedback. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content is provided for educational and training purposes only and does not constitute professional careers advice.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated feedback or training outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Climber Mountain Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of earnings, or failure to secure employment.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
